A unique design concept from Studio 1a.m. that says some provocative things about impermanence and decay while touching upon exclusivity and limited-edition production, This Table Will Self-Destruct is conceived within a production framework that removes a single pixel from the table’s surface with each new piece manufactured. The concrete surface, which sits upon a reclaimed walnut base will ultimately appear unique with each finished table, and the longer the production of the piece continues, the more drastic the differences between earlier versions and recent versions will become. Currently, the table will be made to order with 25 pixels removed.
