Better then the Aeron? Don’t know but its awesome and lower price…

My last job I had was in an office that was nice enough to supply us with Herman Miller Aeron chairs. I had the same chair for years while working there and when I left and set up my home office I went to the store to buy one. I had my mind pretty made up going in because I knew the Aeron was a quality chair that was comfortable to sit in all day but I checked out what else there was on the market because I knew the Aeron was a rather old design. I actually ended up picking the Mirra over the Aeron because of its updated modern look, also the herman miller mirra reviews that I had read previously online stated it was a awesome chair for a bit cheaper. They seem to have updated a lot of the great features from the Aeron and gone with a plastic back rather than the mesh which gives a more firm support I think. The oddly shaped back doesn’t really have a frame to it so it bends and shapes to your movements very well. The perforations all over help keep you cool by allowing air to get at your back and the seat is made out of a mesh that also ventilates very well. I think the Mirra will soon come to replace the Aeron as the preferred chair of choice and being a couple hundred dollars cheaper is a huge bonus.
